Two office workers meet at the coffee machine, and when one casually praises the other's neatly knotted bow tie, the flattered man grows oddly defensive. A throwaway mention of aliens tips him over the edge: he confesses he is Delfar Seven, an extraterrestrial agent sent to watch humanity, and radios home to have the planet destroyed. The scene cuts to a starry command center, where his gold-helmeted superior calmly reviews the incident like a weary middle manager, pointing out that Delfar was assigned to observe, not annihilate, that this is far from the first world he has wiped out this month, and that his colleagues don't think much of him either. Convinced his boss is onto him, the jittery agent fires off another destruction order, and the sketch ends in an explosion.
