The premise
Here’s the bit.
After the announcer introduces Nicole Sullivan, the Vancome Lady strides onto the Halloween-decorated stage instead and claims she has driven Sullivan to tears backstage. She welcomes viewers to the Halloween Spooktacular with a string of jabs at the network and the show itself, then turns on the studio audience, mocking a couple's outfits and sizing up a long-haired fan before guessing he loves KISS. On cue, all four members of KISS march out in full makeup and costume, and the Vancome Lady takes them on too, trading suggestive barbs with Gene Simmons before promising viewers plenty more show, and more KISS, to come.
