Peter Criss is an American drummer and singer who was an original member of KISS, performing in the "Catman" makeup. He sang lead on the band's 1976 hit ballad "Beth".
Criss left KISS in 1980 and later returned for the original lineup's 1996 reunion tour and the 1998 album Psycho Circus. He has also released solo records and spoken publicly about surviving breast cancer.
