The setup

The premise
Here’s the bit.
While a doctor steps out mid-transfusion, a patient notices a SpaghettiO drifting through the tube toward his arm. The doctor shrugs it off as a bad batch, and the patient angrily ends their relationship as if leaving a lover. His search for a replacement goes badly: one hospital's doctor is eating from buckets of pasta and blood, and the next greets him dressed as a chef. Defeated, he returns to his original doctor for an awkward reconciliation, which veers into confusion over what kind of relationship they actually have.
