The premise

Here’s the bit.

A salesman sets up his cart in a frontier town and pitches water balloons as harmless summer fun. His first customer sees a new way to torment a rival, and the pitch quickly gives way to a feud involving thrown balloons and pool noodles. The merchant keeps recommending bigger toys while the cowboys demand more effective weapons. Their antics escalate from water to urine, before an offer of bullets and a solemn historical coda abruptly puncture the cheerful salesmanship.
