The premise
Here’s the bit.
With a supervisor due to visit, Roger announces that staff must stop masturbating in the office. His colleagues defend the practice as a source of morale and productivity, treating the restriction as an attack on their freedoms. Peter counters with the practical damage to his paperwork. The manager ends the argument with a firm ban, only to find that another employee has ignored the discussion altogether.
