The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Barney Ballsack interviews hunting-board chairman Jerry Bronham about gun restrictions. Jerry responds to each challenge with an increasingly implausible scenario involving hunters, invincible bears or threatening bikers. Barney abandons the interview in frustration, only to encounter a biker outside. Jerry tries to demonstrate his position with a weapon whose specialized ammunition turns his hypothetical danger into a grisly mistake.
