The premise
Here’s the bit.
A hospital doctor worries about a stain on his coat while a patient needs urgent attention, and his other consultations prove just as alarming. He overlooks an obvious injury, gives an absurd diagnosis, bungles a reflex test and misuses medical equipment. Even his cheerful announcement that a patient has recovered turns out to miss a crucial detail.
