The premise

Here’s the bit.

Jason Momoa returns as Khal Drogo, co-hosting a netherworld chat show with his upbeat bloodrider Zerbo, who does most of the talking while the Khal grunts, sprawls and gnaws on a rib. Their guests are characters the series has killed off: Hodor can still say only one word and is put to work holding the door, the High Sparrow is dismayed to learn that decades of celibacy earned him the same afterlife as the libertine Khal, and Brienne of Tarth wanders in searching for the Stark children despite not obviously being dead. After a sponsor break plugging beard twists, a reopened Red Wedding venue and a Khal-themed spin on the Elf on the Shelf, a gleeful King Joffrey soaks up the audience's boos until Olenna Tyrell storms out to fight him again. The show ends with a makeover reveal for Oberyn Martell and a plug for the Talking Dojo after-show, whose host meets an abrupt end.

Highly quotable.

Hey, would you mind holding the door for our next guest?

So glad I gave up sex for 50 years.

Go ahead and boo me. I love it.

A little extra

Notes from the archive.

Host Jason Momoa reprises Khal Drogo, the Dothraki warlord he played in the first season of HBO's Game of Thrones. The closing Talking Dojo tag spoofs TV after-shows such as AMC's Talking Dead.

The rabbit hole continues

One more couldn’t hurt.
