The premise

Here’s the bit.

Osteology professor Dan keeps interrupting his own anatomy lectures with shrieks whenever he turns to point at the classroom skeleton, and finally dismisses his class. In the dean's office, his boss urges him to get over a fear he has had for six years and suggests a less frightening skeleton. A miniature version only helps a little, so the dean proposes dressing the skeleton in a silly costume, and Dan happily lectures beside a skeleton in a pirate hat and eye patch. When the dean drops by to see the cure, the pirate outfit sends him into a panic of his own.

Say it with us

Highly quotable.

Remember, a skeleton is a very natural thing. Why, every one of us has a skeleton in his body.

It used to be scary, now it's just startling.
