The premise
Here’s the bit.
A militant arrives at a suburban home to activate a long-dormant sleeper agent. His supposed recruit, now living as Bud, has a wife, a busy social calendar and an enthusiasm for American conveniences. As Bud explains why the mission clashes with his plans, the visitor discovers the appeal of a luxurious recliner and a large television. The recruitment visit turns into an introduction to the comfortable life both men were meant to oppose.
