Meeting Bigoted Parents

A young woman cheerfully recounts meeting her fiancé while her parents sit through dinner in stony discomfort. He notices their hostility and challenges their refusal to accept the relationship, despite her attempts to reassure him. As he leaves, a conspicuous reptilian tail complicates the scene, but the mother’s final objection makes the family’s racial prejudice unmistakable.

Paramount+’s U.S. guide lists “The Job Interview” as season 5, episode 6. Its Canadian guide groups the later episodes into season 4 and lists the same episode as number 17.
