Dr. Gupta introduces young patient Liam to Marion Glass, a representative offering to fulfill a special wish. Liam answers their cheerful suggestions with increasingly sinister requests. The adults struggle to keep the visit friendly until the doctor loses his temper, and Marion takes the child’s side. Left alone with Liam, Gupta begins to doubt his faith in children’s innocence.
