The premise
Here’s the bit.
Mr. Lewis brings his entourage to a consultation about his mother’s declining health. Every mention of her age or weight prompts another insult joke, with his friends enthusiastically backing him up. The doctor eventually breaks through the performance and learns why Lewis is hiding behind humor. Just as they begin discussing her wishes, the conversation takes another sharply inappropriate turn.
