East/West Bowl Rap Showdown

In the East locker room, two teammates watch Leoz Maxwell Jilliumz sleep and imagine he is dreaming about beating the West. His dream plays out as a scrappy rap video in which East players introduce themselves with brag rhymes built around their outlandish names, backed by a saxophone and guitar. Leoz wakes up wondering whether it was all a dream, just as the West players watch the very same clip on a phone. They answer with a slick studio production full of lens flares, motorcycles and cheerleaders, trading verses until BYU kicker Dan Smith closes with an unexpectedly raunchy solo.

The episode "East/West Bowl Rap" (Season 3, Episode 2) takes its title from this sketch, and both rap videos reuse the player names first introduced in the original East/West College Bowl sketch.
