The premise

Here’s the bit.

A scoutmaster brings four children to Home E. Cheese, where Homey proves an alarmingly unsuitable party host. The clown dismisses the leader, bullies the children through games and replaces birthday cake with government cheese. His sing-along veers into a lesson about oppression, and the scouts eagerly adopt his attitude. When their leader returns, the troop turns on him with its new entertainer’s favorite weapon.
