The premise

Here’s the bit.

Framed by a gold title card, the vignette follows Lil Jon, a rapper in a hospital gown, orange cap and aviator glasses, as a doctor examines the arm he may have broken. Every attempt at ordinary medical business stalls on his booming, half-hearted answers: the doctor has to ask for proof of insurance again and again, and a quick check for recreational drug use turns into a haggle over what counts as a drug. The doctor grows weary and flustered while Lil Jon stays upbeat and oblivious until the closing title card.
