The premise
Here’s the bit.
Jemima Clark is on her way to a party when she realizes her feet are badly ashy. She begs a jogger, a woman at a coffee kiosk and a passer-by for lotion, and each one turns the request into a chance to mock her cracked heels. Her shouting attracts a woman in a red suit at a park chess table who introduces herself as the Devil and offers a bargain: stay ashy for all eternity or become permanently greasy. Jemima reluctantly picks greasy, only to learn the price is her soul, which she already handed over months earlier for concert tickets, so the Devil proposes new terms and sends the paperwork for an electronic signature.
