The premise
Here’s the bit.
An optician mistakes his customer for someone else, while the customer arrives asking for groceries. Their consultation gets no clearer: a watering can passes for a teapot, eye charts defeat the patient and furniture becomes reading material. After trying a succession of lenses and frames, the pair discover that swapping their own spectacles offers the best result.
