The premise
Here’s the bit.
During a routine check-up, a cheerful dentist admits he is a little stiff after one of the regular parties he and his wife host. With his fingers in the patient's mouth, he describes the arrangement in cosy, matter-of-fact terms, insisting it is all perfectly respectable, then drifts into ever more graphic euphemisms about what he and a guest got up to the night before. The patient, unable to answer or escape, can only stare up in horror, and the dentist rounds things off with some breezy professional advice about the patient's breath.
