The premise

Here’s the bit.

After bailing out over enemy territory, two plummy-voiced RAF pilots end up hanging side by side in the branches of a leafless tree. Instead of plotting an escape, they grumble about being blown off course, blame their bargain-bin parachutes and compare notes on the fall, with one admitting that watching his life flash before his eyes was too dull to sit through. When an unseen German soldier starts shouting and shooting up at them, the prospect of death only bothers them because it would mean sitting through that tedious life all over again.

Yeah, man, it was well boring.

I stopped watching after eight seconds.

That means I've got to watch my life again.
