Studio C returns to its televised Texas Hold'em championship, where the audience hears the thoughts behind four increasingly shaky poker faces. Jason struggles with a disastrous transplant, Mallory needs to recover her squandered winnings, and Matt hopes his newly acquired poker expertise will surprise everyone. Newcomer Adam carries his late mentor Jeremy's ashes, only to receive distracting advice from beyond the grave. As the bets rise, the players' private panic becomes harder to conceal and the final reveal overturns their expectations.
