Big Joe Can't Do It

After a mine collapse traps Daniel beneath a pile of rocks, Sara calls on the townspeople for help. Big Joe volunteers with enormous confidence, but abandons each lifting attempt almost immediately. Everyone around him makes easy progress while he argues that the rescue is hopeless. Even after the emergency has passed, Joe keeps finding new ways to fall short of his heroic image.
