The setup
The premise
In a recording studio, Ludacris tells two label producers and a sound engineer that he has found the perfect guest to finish his album: an underground R&B artist called Blizzard Man. The man who walks in, played by Andy Samberg, delivers rambling, childish raps about parties, hot tubs, champagne and being famous, while the producers wince and the engineer cuts the music in disbelief. Ludacris keeps hyping him as a genius and insists on take after take, comparing him to soul legends. By the end the producers have been won over, and a Billboard chart shows the song at number one on the rap chart.

The album is hot, but I still feel like we're missing that club banger to kick things off with. Yeah, yeah, we're feeling track five, but we still think it needs a stronger hook. Yeah.
Ludacris
You know what, I agree, but not to worry. I made some calls and I got just the man for the job.
Producer
Oh really, who'd you get?
Ludacris
Well, it's this crazy R&B cat that I know, man. He calls himself the Blizzard Man.
Producer
Oh, the Blizzard Man. Oh yeah. I thought he was just a made up legend like the Loch Ness Monster.
Ludacris
Oh no, man, he's real. I heard him at this underground club and when I tell you he's amazing, I mean he is amazing. I told him to come by today to lay something down.
Producer
