Gay Health Insurance
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Samuel brings home confirmation that he and LaShawn are finally covered by the same health-insurance plan. LaShawn immediately imagines extravagant dental work, unusual eyes and a succession of increasingly impossible bodily alterations. Samuel tries to explain what their benefits actually cover, but every objection becomes material for another fantasy. Even his attempt to rule out becoming a centaur only encourages LaShawn, leaving Samuel overwhelmed by the medical possibilities his husband has invented.
