Dracula Meets Ugly Wanda
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
In a fog-filled entrance borrowed from gothic horror, a grey-suited, top-hatted Count Dracula glides into the bedroom of Wanda Wayne, the self-assured ugly woman, determined to make her his bride for all eternity. Wanda wakes up thrilled to have a suitor and answers every brooding romantic line with a brash come-on of her own, haggling, flirting and even volunteering her blood type. The vampire is visibly repelled by her looks and her manners and keeps trying to excuse himself, but Wanda will not take no for an answer. Cornered, he finally surrenders, throws open the curtains and vanishes in a blaze of sunlight, leaving Wanda on the phone bragging to a friend that she was simply too much for him.
The funny people

Say it with us
Highly quotable.
I have crossed oceans of time to be with you. / You so crazy, you could have just called.
I'm just like a virus. Once I get in your system, it's hard to get me out.
I guess I was just too much for him. He got hot and just burned up.
A little extra
Notes from the archive.
This sketch spoofs Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula, which opened in US theaters on November 13, 1992, about a month before the episode aired. Dracula's grey suit and top hat echo the young Count's look in the film, and his opening promise to have crossed oceans of time riffs on Gary Oldman's best-known line.
