Melodramatic Family: Picnic
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Hoping for a peaceful afternoon in the park, a bespectacled father asks his family to get through one picnic without any shouting or fuss. The moment the spoons turn out to have been left at home, his wife and mother-in-law declare the outing doomed and predict starvation, and a smear of cheesecake becomes a deadly poison when nobody has packed wet wipes. A single passing bee sends the whole family into end-of-the-world terror, and when the father calmly kills it with an aerosol can, they turn on him as an environmental villain bent on gassing mankind, with the grandmother throwing herself in front of the children to shield them from the spray.

Say it with us
Highly quotable.
I knew this day would be a disaster.
If not wiped off, the cheesecake will turn to poison and I will be a widow.
Everybody behind me, I'll absorb the fatal rays.
