The premise
Here’s the bit.
On Curzuz, a supernatural spin on the Verzuz music battles, D-Nice spins records behind a smoking cauldron while rival witches Kayutie and Bodegia take their thrones. After trading barbs about their 400-year history and each other's love lives, the two sorceresses play their biggest hits round by round: curses, collaborations and love spells, each one a famous pop or R&B moment they claim to have conjured, from a group's on-air breakup to Drake's Hotline Bling dance moves and a chart-topping collaboration. Every track sends the crowd, and one especially committed shirtless dancer, into a frenzy.

Say it with us
Highly quotable.
Well, one thing about me, all my verses come with curses.
Well, I'm a thousand years old, so I'll go first.

Notes from the archive.
Curzuz parodies Verzuz, the head-to-head music battle series (Wikipedia links the sketch to it), with real DJ D-Nice appearing as himself as the host.
