The premise
Here’s the bit.
After a hospital interlude and a "we now return" card, the Chrimbus Special finds Tim surprised to see Eric queueing to meet Winter Man, a long-haired, bare-chested figure holding court in an icy cave. Tim frets about the audience laughing at him while Eric cuts the line to ask what to get his best friend. Ahead of him, visitors make their own requests, from a gravy boat and a pasta bear to a family nude-photo website and a wet French kiss. Winter Man waves off the question, then steers Eric toward the Chrimbus Special DVD, and the exchange ends with a can of fish offered as an alternative.
