The premise
Here’s the bit.
A television reporter prepares to record an eyewitness account of a road accident. The eager witness keeps launching into his story whenever the reporter speaks, even when he is addressing the cameraman. Repeated instructions to wait only provoke more false starts, and the reporter eventually loses his temper and punches him.
