The premise

Here’s the bit.

Standing among gravestones with a shovel, a disgruntled former shop owner records a television appeal that quickly becomes extortion. He demands money from local families to keep their relatives buried, then proposes increasingly ridiculous destinations for the bodies. His pitch ends when someone off camera interrupts him.
