The premise
Here’s the bit.
Bob has accidentally shot another hunter and wants to fetch medical help. His companion Jerry keeps interrupting with reasons to avoid the authorities, then proposes ways to leave no witness behind. The injured man pleads for his life while Jerry turns each appeal into another argument for killing him. Bob finally decides to get a doctor, leaving the stranger alone with the man who has been urging a cover-up.
