The premise

Here’s the bit.

While a class watches the first moon landing, a student wonders who operated the camera. His teacher passes the problem to the principal, who consults the mayor, sending it onward through the military to the president. Each official treats the question as a crisis rather than answering it. At the top, an outrageous attack on the school gives way to a perfectly ordinary explanation for the footage, followed by a presidential gag and a secretary's weary aside to the audience.

Highly quotable.

Who shot that footage?

Thank you for calling the military.

That's why they call me Obama.
