The premise
Here’s the bit.
Caleb refuses to take his first day of homeschooling seriously. His mother insists on classroom etiquette and tries to teach geometry, while he questions her qualifications and treats detention as another opportunity to relax at home. Each improvised punishment leads to a more appealing household destination, until she finally sends him exactly where he wanted to go.
