The premise
Here’s the bit.
Timmy spots Trevor across the street and runs over to show off his freshly dyed blue hair, straight into the path of a taxi. Sprawled in the road and bleeding, he brushes off questions about his injuries because all he wants to talk about is his hair, and the bystanders who gather mostly remember the blue-haired guy in the middle of the street. Even as paramedics load him into the ambulance, Timmy is still delighted by the reaction his new look is getting.
