The premise
Here’s the bit.
After toppling the old system, a group of anarchists celebrates freedom from rules and work. Barry interrupts with a practical concern: someone still needs to look after the nuclear power plant. Arrangements for staffing and food soon lead to identifying shirts and an inspector to check them. The crowd turns against its new authority figure, leaving Barry to raise the same problem all over again.
