Line Leader
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
After volunteers are pulled from the audience to play schoolchildren, a teacher names Ryan the line leader for recess. Ryan treats the job as a sacred calling, quickly hands the title to Caleb and delivers rousing speeches about the journey across the corridors. A rival leader from the fifth grade blocks the way and both sides march into a mock-heroic battle. The teacher ends it by sending Ryan to the office as he laments the cost of reaching recess.
