The Phantom Raspberry Blower of Old London Town: Part 7
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
After the fiend strikes again outside the Hippodrome stage door, Inspector Corner and Sergeant Bowles suspect that the asylum around the corner may be his hiding place. Their room-by-room search interrupts a run of quick doctor-and-patient gags without turning up the culprit, so the pair take a cab to the cemetery, where the inspector notices that his sergeant has suddenly changed. Left alone among the gravestones, Corner is ambushed by the cloaked Phantom and ends the episode bloodied and beaten once more.

Say it with us
Highly quotable.
I thought I heard the thud of something dull hitting the floor. / That was his lordship.
I can't seem to get on with people, you fat old pig.
But if he thinks I'm daft enough to believe he's mad, he's crazy.
