The premise

Here’s the bit.

Mrs. Larsen discovers that her gazebo has vanished from her carefully decorated garden and reappeared in her neighbors’ yard. The two rock fans insist that they bought an identical one, even as a flashback reveals the theft. Officer Henderson investigates, but their improvised account and a cooperative supposed seller satisfy him. With the neighbors partying in the disputed gazebo and the police accepting their story, Mrs. Larsen takes matters into her own hands, with a grim result.
