The premise

Here’s the bit.

Gord and Jeff lead a money-making seminar for an audience of older adults. Their expensive suits and relentless enthusiasm lend authority to demonstrations that amount to kissing cash, adding zeros to a blackboard and celebrating tiny achievements. Every question reveals another shared misfortune among the attendees, but the presenters keep converting bad luck into promises of riches. Gord eventually expresses his devotion by eating the money while Jeff announces an ever-larger pool of available cash.

Say it with us

Highly quotable.

It’s better to get involved with money than to just talk about money.

You’re a bunch of winners with no winnings.

A little extra

Notes from the archive.

The series brings Gord and Jeff back in later sales pitches involving a keyboard, a clown’s video package and a pork-and-beef product.

The rabbit hole continues

One more couldn’t hurt.
