The premise
Here’s the bit.
A self-styled sporting menace interrupts a business meeting to claim a victory over an opponent who forgot their match. At the athletic club, he promises another player an ordeal of fear, then consults his diary to arrange it. His intimidating rituals prove more impressive than his squash, and defeat sends him looking for a fresh arena.
