The premise

Here’s the bit.

Fresh from the shower, a woman hears heavy breathing and squeaking as an unseen presence scrawls warnings across her shower curtain. Instead of panicking, she keeps correcting the spirit's misspelled 'beware', its 'leave now' and its mixed-up 'your' and 'you're', patiently turning the haunting into a tutoring session. An hour later she is cheerfully drilling it with a chalkboard of grammar lessons, but when she says she wishes she could hug her quick-learning pupil, the ghost finally materializes and the two of them scream at each other.

Say it with us

Highly quotable.

That's not how you spell "beware."

I mean, it's not "my" going to die. That doesn't make sense.
