The premise
Here’s the bit.
As the Ghost of Christmas Past begins his warning to Ebenezer Scrooge, a trigger-happy Ghostbuster bursts into the bedroom with his proton pack. He has already trapped the Ghost of Christmas Present, vaporizes the spirit's old partner, and keeps blasting anything ghostly, including Christmas Future, while insisting each shot was self-defense. When even Tiny Tim ends up in the trap, the horrified ghost and Scrooge realize the exterminator is far worse than any miser, and a final visitor looking for her friend Casper hints at one more casualty.
