The premise

Here’s the bit.

Pale and hollow-eyed in her nightgown, Reagan Blair opens her exercise program from a four-poster bed and coaches home viewers through stretches that keep collapsing into snarls, shrieks and crude outbursts. Her bed exercises send the whole bed bucking beneath her, and her neck routine ends with her head twisted around backwards. Out of bed, she brings in Father Karras to help demonstrate the next move, hurls the priest across the room, and brightly signs off with a preview of tomorrow's even stranger lesson.
