The premise
Here’s the bit.
With her babysitter out of the picture, a mother arrives at the Weekend Update desk with her daughter Coco and several homemade autumn projects. Coco keeps interrupting the cheerful advice with memories that send her mother into increasingly frantic explanations. Colin Jost tries to keep the interview moving as the conversation shifts from crafts to an uncomfortable question about Coco’s father.
