The premise
Here’s the bit.
Styled as a trailer for a psychological horror film, the sketch follows a couple and their friends as a news report that President Biden plans to seek re-election sends them into mounting dread. Every possible alternative candidate they suggest triggers fresh jump scares, title cards and a grinning, blood-smeared possession borrowed from the film Smile, until the terrified group circles back to deciding Biden is their safest option after all.
