You're tuned to the good stuff
Dylan McDermott or Dermot Mulroney?
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Smug host Kermit McDermott welcomes viewers to a game nobody has ever won: identify whether a headshot shows Dylan McDermott or Dermot Mulroney. His contestants (Jay Pharoah, Jamie Foxx and Kenan Thompson) want no part of it from the introductions on, and every hint the host offers about the actors' filmographies, from cat-and-dog comedies to look-alike thriller titles, only makes things worse. A doubled-points written round yields a scribble, an invented name and Rupert Everett, which the judges grudgingly accept on a technicality. For the final round the real Dermot Mulroney walks out and introduces himself by his credits, only to be thrown into an identity crisis when told which actor he actually is. The host promises the next episode's equally confusing pairing before signing off.

Highly quotable.
Can you put a bigger space between the names? So we know when the first name ends and the second name begins?
The judges are telling me that it's technically correct since Rupert Everett is the gay Dermot Mulroney.
I've been sleeping with another man's wife.
A little extra
Notes from the archive.
Dermot Mulroney appears as himself; Wikipedia's episode summary and SNL Archives list it among the episode's cameos, alongside 2 Chainz in the monologue and Charlie Day in Maine Justice.
