The premise

Here’s the bit.

Four friends trade stories in a living room, but Laron’s silent, full-body reactions keep interrupting the conversation. The others question whether he is laughing at all, while he insists that his response is perfectly normal. As the story continues, his increasingly wild movements threaten the room’s belongings and turn an easygoing hangout into an uncomfortable showdown.
