Illusionators - Grandpa

The Illusionators, a pair of Criss Angel-style goth magicians, perform a magic trick involving a grandpa. This sketch is part of the Illusionators recurring series that appears throughout Human Giant's run. While originally filmed for the first episode "Mind Explosion," this particular sketch was cut from the aired episode and later released as deleted content on the Season 1 DVD release. The sketch runs approximately 2 minutes and features the same over-the-top parody style of magic performance art that defines the Illusionators characters.

This sketch was filmed for Season 1, Episode 1 but was cut from the aired version. Released as deleted content on the Human Giant Season One DVD. The Illusionators was one of the breakout recurring sketches from Human Giant. The concept originated as an early web video that helped the Human Giant team get their MTV series greenlit. The Illusionators parodies Criss Angel's gothic magician persona and over-the-top illusion performances. Human Giant aired on MTV from 2007-2008 for two seasons.
