The premise
Here’s the bit.
A young man in a suit visits Esmeralda's fortune-telling parlor wanting to know whether he will be promoted this week. While studying his hand she notices a crowd of cheerful spirits around him and starts giggling, eventually admitting that one ghost is squatting over his head. The customer refuses to hear anything else about his job until the spirit stops, but each of her pleas only inspires the ghost to new antics, and she learns it has been going on for three weeks. When Esmeralda finally claims the ghost has quit, he accuses her of lying, hurls a chair in frustration and storms out of the parlor still unsure about his job.
